The Hague, Model United Nations Affiliated Conference

Request for Sponsors for the 21st DSAMUN 2018, October, 19th – 21st

Dear Sir or Madam

The German School of Athens (Deutsche Schule Athen), one of the oldest and biggest German schools abroad, is a “cultural meeting point”, organising a wide range of events for pupils, parents and friends of the School, in order to promote the European spirit.

One of the most important occasions of the school year is the Model United Nations (MUN) conference organised under the auspices of the German Ambassador in Athens. Hundreds of pupils from all over the world participate every year in this youth conference. Over three days they discuss important topics of international interest, draft declarations, cast votes and learn to negotiate and to cooperate.

This year, the 21st DSAMUN Conference will take place on the 19th, 20th and 21st of October, at the German School. The opening ceremony will be attended by more than five hundred students, ambassadors and other leading members of  the Greek political scene.

We would like to invite you to join the “Events Sponsoring Programme” and to support the conference either through a donation in kind or a monetary contribution. As a sponsor you will have the opportunity to reach a young, international audience  and gain recognition as a DSAMUN supporter. A large exhibition space in the assembly hall and in other areas used for the conference will be available to display banners or posters of your company or organisation. In addition, your company’s name and logo will be published in press reports for the embassies as well as in Greek and German newspapers. Furthermore, your company’s credentials will appear on a dedicated sponsors' page in all three DSAMUN newspapers issued during the conference. We can also promote your company on our official DSAMUN website (http://www.dsamun.gr/), the school's website (http://www.dsathen.gr/) and on social media platforms (dsa Facebook, dsamun Facebook/ Instagram).

For more information, or to register as one of our sponsors, please contact Mrs. Klio Stamou, DSAMUN Director  (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) (6937973049).

Attached, please find further information about the German School of Athens and the Model United Nations at the School.

We look forward to hearing from you, and would like to thank you, in advance, for your kind support.

Yours faithfully,

Annette Brunke - Kullik
