Short History

The idea of Model United Nations was introduced in 1992 by Mrs Mediani, then headmaster of the Lyceum. Responsible for the first trip to the International School in The Hague in 1993 was Mrs Kanellakopoulou.
After the participation of DSA delegates in The Hague International
MUN, St. Petersburg and Dublin, it was decided the DSA to have its own conference.

45 schools from 10 different countries, THIMUN affiliation renewed

anniversary session, 54 schools from 13 countries, about 450 delegates due to new policy ( one delegation per school ), applied for renewal of THIMUN affiliation
